1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses where applicable.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days / Free Shipping
- Expedited Shipping: 3–9 business days / $4.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
